How are photographs edited?+
Delivered photographs are selected and adjusted for exposure and colour. Included retouches refine skin and details; please discuss specific requests in advance.
How many images will we receive?+
Estimated delivery is 50+ images for 30 minutes, 100+ for one hour, 150+ for 1.5 hours and 200+ for two hours. Actual numbers depend on the session and conditions.
Are RAW files included?+
RAW files are not provided. Delivered images are finished with the photographer’s exposure and colour treatment.
What is the booking process?+
We confirm the date, location and collection, followed by deposit and booking details. Session time begins when we meet at the first shooting location.
What happens if it rains?+
We discuss a route change, an indoor option or rescheduling based on the weather, venue rules and availability. Please confirm the applicable terms when booking.
What if we are camera-shy?+
Absolutely. Gentle guidance with movement, positioning and interaction helps you settle in. No posing experience is needed.
When will we receive our photos?+
The initial edited gallery is delivered within seven working days, excluding days off. Retouching and commercial delivery schedules are confirmed separately.
How do we receive and download our photos?+
Once your photos are ready, we will send you a Google Drive download link via LINE, Instagram or email. All delivered photos are adjusted for exposure and colour. Retouched images included in your package will be provided once retouching is complete.
The download link remains available for two months. Please download and back up your photos after receiving them. Use the download option to save the full-quality images, rather than taking screenshots, which reduce image quality.
What determines the price?+
Pricing reflects session length, retouched image counts, planning, direction and post-production. Weddings, products and interiors are quoted to the scope of each project.
